1st time using angi. Hit an outside gas line digging. Bruce came out to estimate within a couple hours. Was back in 2days on a Sunday. Had line repaired and tested within an hour. Was only here longer because of a gas company meter reading incorrectly. Didn’t charge me anymore for his extra time. So very happy with his work, professionalism, and quickness. Made a life long customer. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

From my initial call with Bruce to discuss my emergency job to the arrival of his crews the next day was nothing but outstanding! My home’s Gas Meter rusted at the riser joint and was leaking. The Gas Company red tagged my Meter and my search for a qualified plumber with Gas Meter/Line repair began. I did receive several strong recommendations about B.A.P. Works LLC but I did vet out two other plumbing companies with this type of work experience. By far B.A.P. Works was overwhelmingly my choice to do the job by the feedback I received from Bruce and from several existing residential customers that use their service. Bruce with B.A.P. works came highly recommended when we had a major gas leak at our house, we had to have the underground riser replaced that goes to the meter on the side of our home.. We had 3 quotes from companies and Bruce had the best price and we had someone we trust recommend him and he did not let us down! He sqeezed our job in on a Saturday during a very busy week for him and his crew was kind and worked hard not to damage more of our front yard than was absolutely necessary.. Job was done quickly and when Peoples Gas came out to do the final pressure test on the repairs they were very happy with the quality of the work done..

Bruce and his guys, Garrett and Brandon are exceptional. They came out same day to fix a gas leak/line issue. I can't say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

WONDERFUL, super neat and fast work. Bruce completed our old, leaking outside gas line replacement so fast! Within hours our front yard was dug up, new line installed, then yard filled in, raked and looked absolutely PERFECT and job was complete! Gas back on and all good with our gas company. This is who you call first! Several other companies told us that putting a gas line in for a ventless fireplace in our 1926 house was impossible. Bruce came right away to give us an estimate, did the work within a few days to meet other deadlines and would not quit after several hours when it seemed to be an impossible job. This is the only guy you need to call! Bruce and his crew is the best outfit I have ever hired. He didnâ t have the job yet and he was sending me information that I needed. I had other bids and none of them got back to me after they sent me their bids. All of them were in the same ball park. He went the extra mile to make our life easier. We had a lot of concerns about septic systems and leach beds, underground wires etc. The ones 811 wouldnâ t know about. He made several stops to put our mind at ease without having a signed contract. Saturday the crew showed up, (got me out of bed LOL). By 3 that afternoon they were raking the yard, and we had our gas turned on. George was the excavator operator and I think if the bucket was sharp enough , he could give you a shave with it. Garrett was the hardest working young man I have seen in a LONG time, he actually looked for things to do! Iâ m 70+ years old and have delt with a lot of contractors. BAP replaced our main gas line to the house after the gas company shut it off due to a leak. Bruce was timely, courteous and professional through the experience and he did an outstanding job at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend him for any excavation work.

Had Gas smell, gas company came out and shut off gas, Bruce from BAP came out same day to replace gas lines. Bruce was great to work with, great job and he relandscaped area just as it was before once done. Would recommend him! Made a stressful situation less stressful. Gas was turned back on that same day.

Emergency Gas Leak Repair,coldest 3-4days in January 2024â ¦ We called,they answered and with in an hour or so they brought space heaters gave us a quote,came the next morning and dug out,repaired and replaced our line,called Gas Co and had it inspected and turned back onâ ¦ very nice,professional and would recommend.

Bruce responded right away and was at my house within hours. Fixed our problem quickly and was great to work with!
